BAGMIXER-400CC (Stomacher)
Make: Interscience; Imported from France. Used for extraction of probiotics or homogenization of Raw material/ Finished product to facilitate analysis. Contains multifunctional digital screen with variable speed from 4 – 10 strokes per minute and capable of performing the activity from 1 second to 1 hour.
HPHV AUTOCLAVE
Make: Machine fabric. Double door autoclave with a capacity of 182 L. Used for performing standard (121°C), 115°C and HPHV cycles. Suitable for sterilization of garments, glassware and analytical preparations.
CO2 INCUBATOR
Make: Esco; Imported from USA. Provides an optimum growth environment for mesophilic microaerophilic microorganisms containing probiotics with controlled supply of CO2 and with a provision of HEPA and UV system. The temperature ranges from ambient to 60°C with a resolution of ±0.1°C.
WATER ACTIVITY METER
Make: Rotronic AG; Imported from Switzerland
Used to measure water activity of Raw material/ Finished product with a measurement range of 0- 100% RH and 0- 1 Aw with a precision of ± 0.015Aw. Preinstalled with HW4 software compliance with 21CFR FDA regulation.
